Allied health and NDIS-provider bookkeeping / Adelaide
More clarity for
your practice.
Bookkeeping and management reports for Adelaide allied health practices and businesses delivering NDIS supports. Keep fees, remittances, practitioner payments and business costs easier to follow. This is accounting support for the provider’s business, not NDIS plan management.
An Adelaide practice led by management accountant Pargat Sandhu. Meet your accountant
Follow the money from billing to bank
Compare billing records, Medicare or HICAPS remittances where relevant, private payments and bank deposits. Identify unpaid or rejected amounts for the practice team to review. Your clinical team remains responsible for claim eligibility and coding.
Make practitioner payments clear
Prepare payment workings using the written arrangements you provide. Check the agreed basis for practitioner splits and flag missing information. Employee or contractor status, tax treatment and contract questions go to the appropriate adviser.
Keep provider records organised
For an NDIS provider, business accounts need to connect to accurate service and invoice records. We agree the accounting information required and how it is shared securely. The provider remains responsible for support records and claims.
The work we can take on
What’s included
We agree the work around your business, your records and the support you need.
srwn is your main contact for bookkeeping, reports and business finances. BAS means business activity statement. Registered partners handle BAS and tax services. We can also work with your existing tax agent.
- Billing and bank checks
- Reconcile the agreed payment sources and bank accounts. Keep differences, overdue invoices and missing remittance records visible.
- Practitioner payment schedules
- Organise the agreed fee and payment calculations from your contracts and billing information. Refer unclear terms for professional review.
- Practice costs and payroll records
- Review wages, rent, supplies and other operating costs. Keep the agreed payroll records ready for the relevant reporting provider.
- Monthly management reports
- Explain practice income, operating costs and cash movements. We agree the detail and reporting period before work starts.
Practice workflow
Agree the accounting handover.
We work around your billing process, software and professional advisers. The first review identifies the payment sources, practitioner arrangements and records needed for the agreed work.
- Know the payment sources
- List private fees, insurer payments and government or plan-manager remittances that apply to your practice. Each may need a different matching process.
- Keep responsibilities clear
- Agree who checks clinical claims, prepares business records, reviews contracts and handles regulated tax work. Questions should reach the right person.
- Review outstanding amounts
- Check unpaid invoices and rejected payments regularly. A bank balance alone does not show what the practice is still owed.
Tell us the type of practice, billing software, accounting system and the part of the process that needs attention. Begin with a general description, without patient information.

Before we start
Your questions, answered.
Is srwn an NDIS plan manager?
This service is bookkeeping for a provider’s own business. It does not offer participant plan management or claim NDIS registration.
Do you decide Medicare or NDIS claim eligibility?
No. The provider and relevant specialists decide eligibility and claim requirements. Our agreed work concerns accounting records, payment matching and business reports.
Do you need access to patient case notes?
We agree the minimum information needed for the accounting work and a suitable way to share it. Do not send clinical records, participant identifiers or patient details in the public enquiry form.
